Better Than Starbucks: Vegan Keto Peanut Butter Chantico

I'm so over the moon with this recipe! This is PERFECT for vegan keto-ers because it's got glorious fat macros! This thick and creamy drinking chocolate is super satisfying and really easy to make! Here's my recipe:


1 cup brewed coffee

1/2 cup coconut cream (full fat)

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (I use Lily's) 

1 tablespoon sweetener of your choice (I use monk fruit)


While your coffee is brewing, combine the remaining ingredients in a sauce pan on low heat or a double boiler. Stir constantly until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the ingredients are fully combined.


Pour chocolate mixture and coffee into a blender and blend on high for 10 seconds.
