Vegan Keto Peanut Butter Coffee
This is my FAVORITE coffee recipe, I make it every morning. I know peanut butter coffee sounds a little strange but it's so delicious! Here's my recipe:
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon coconut manna (optional)
1/4 cup coconut milk (full fat)
1 cup brewed coffee (I actually use 2!)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 teaspoons monk fruit sweetener or sweetener of your choice
1/2 teaspoon MCT oil
1/2 teaspoon exogenous ketones (optional)
Combine all the ingredients and blend on high for 10 seconds. Enjoy hot!
