I was grocery shopping hungry the other day and I came across this new release from So Delicious. This no sugar added, coconut milk ice cream is sweetened with monk fruit and fits a vegan keto diet! It still has some carbs but very few per serving and it's so divinely creamy. I actually add a tablespoon of peanut butter to a half cup of the ice cream and mash it together until it's the consistency of soft serve and it hit the sweet and salty target perfectly.
I've seen it at a few different grocery chains including Ralphs, Whole Foods, Bristol Farms, and Gelson's.
