Vegan Candied Walnuts

I'm obsessed with walnuts; they're a great keto food and they're an easy and healthy snack. I invented this candied walnut recipe to jazz up the raw walnuts I buy in bulk.

Ingredients:

-1 cup raw walnuts

-1/2 cup granulated monk fruit

-1/4 cup avocado oil

Combine the sugar and oil in a saucepan over low/med heat until combined. Add the walnuts and toss until coated. Pour onto a silicone sheet to cool - DO NOT TOUCH, these are like molten lava until they cool.

Package and enjoy!
